It seems they have changed how this is done. I cant find the edit button either but you can always select the category as coloumns and change text or add or delete items in a category. To remove the whole category, try to click "select row" or "select coloumn. down at the end there is a text in red EDIT CATEGORY where you can change its name or remove it.
