Action planning

I am new to Symphonical. I wanted to try it out, so I registered and played around. Without understanding how:

like your site claims.

Clicking "Find a tool" sort of brought me to an interesting place. I found the Action planning tool and clicked use. But from there, I have no clue on where to go. I clicked the "Start process" button in the middle of the page the "Use" button opened, but that did not help much. I just cannot figure out what to do.

Please help!
