Finally a tool the keeps me in charge!
Symphonical basically helps me get the job done by taking care of structuring my thoughts so I can focus on the matter at hand.
The bottom line is that I'm very happy with this tool that lets me decide how my information and work flow should be instead of forcing some predefined "do it this way" nonsense down my throat!

Actually, one of the main ideas with Symphonical was to create a flexible application in which the users can take back the control of their processes. The tool should support the process, not the opposite way around. You can think of Symphonical as a modern "MS Excel"-like application focused on information (rather than spreadsheets).
Good luck with your daily symphing. Remember that "you cannot surf a process, but you can Symph It" :)
